I'm honored to have served as Emcee for the Women's Business Development Council's annual Women Rising Gala and Awards Ceremony, held virtually on October 29.
Speakers included WBDC CEO Fran Pastore, US Senator Richard Blumenthal, CT Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz with cameo appearances by CT First Lady Annie Lamont, Indra Nooyi and Diane von Furstenberg. WBDC clients were honored as Women Rising, Lisa Micalizzi of Wells Fargo received the Patricia Billie Miller Award for Outstanding Community Service and WBDC Impact Awards were presented to:

- Tara Spain, Vice President, Travelers Foundation
- Michael Weinstock, Market President, CT, M&T Bank
