Presented by:
Timothy Seats

Coaching 2 Inspire, LLC
Multiple generations exist in the workplace and most can’t decide if that is good or bad. Regardless of where you stand, it’s a reality that can’t be ignored. From casual dress to the rise of contractor employees, the makeup of the workforce will dictate how businesses run. Prepare yourself for the current and the future workplace with this interactive workshop that focuses on communication, overcoming differences, and presents case studies for practical ways on managing multiple generations.
Walk away from this session with these key takeaways:
  • Description of the current multi-generational workforce and what it means for you
  • Identification of what the various generations want from organizations
  • Communication tools to engage individuals in any generation
  • Team-building techniques to remove barriers that may exist within your group
