I'm excited to share my article that appeared in T&D Magazine in April 2016, "Customizing Training for International Audiences," which provides several factors to consider when adapting training materials for global learners. You can't just "drag and drop" your content and expect it to be successful internationally. You have to customize your program so it's relevant to another country's culture and can enable participants to achieve results.
It's based on my experiences designing and delivering training in countries around the world, including the U.S., Brazil, China, India, Thailand, Italy, the U.K. and Germany.
