Four participants have been
selected to showcase their best training tool, technique or special skill and
will compete for prizes and the opportunity to be the "ATD SCC's Got
Talent 2015 Winner!" Contestants will be judged by the
audience (by ballot) on:
1. Originality 2.
Entertainment 3. Learning Value, and
4. Engagement.
