- Be yourself. Be in the moment with the audience so you can be open to the engaging humor possibilities that may appear.
- Observe what makes people laugh.
- Keep track of amusing things that happen to you that you might be able to use later in your presentations. Don't assume that you will remember the funny words your child said or the funny experience you had at the airport - you probably won't - so write it down.
