Bob Sawicki is Senior Vice President, Head of Talent, at Global Atlantic Financial Group, a retirement, life and reinsurance products company with over $70 billion in assets. In this role, Bob leads all Global Atlantic talent processes, providing formal, agile functions in support of rapid business growth. Bob is responsible for talent acquisition including executive search, talent development and talent management, including succession planning, performance management, goal setting, engagement, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
