Gilda - Excellent presentation. Free of noisy text. When Powerpoint is done well, it can be very effective.

Thanks, Jeff... yes, the live presentation has the voiceover which give more meaning to the slides. (After all, slides are just the visual aids and the speaker is the real presentation.) That's why I hesitated to post the slides... but eventually decided there was value to them on their own.
